If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused and undamaged watch strap in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund or/and exchange, depending on your preference.

Warranty

We back the quality of our products with a 2-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your watch or strap within this period, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist with repairs or replacements.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
