Returns & Exchanges

30-day returns. Not happy with your purchase? Return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email sales@berlo.club with your order number and the item you want to return.

2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Send the item with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds. Within 14 days of delivery we refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost. 

Exchanges. One free size or colour exchange per order within 30 days, subject to stock. Email sales@berlo.club to arrange it.

Wrong or damaged items. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Not returnable: pierced earrings with an opened hygiene seal, engraved or personalised items, and the Founders Pass once a member benefit has been used.

Warranty. EU consumers benefit from the applicable 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. BERLO watch movements also carry our 24-month commercial warranty.
