Shipping policy

All orders ship from Riga, Latvia with DPD, tracked door to door. We deliver to the European Union and the United States. When your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your DPD tracking link.

 

Delivery may take longer in peak seasons.

Customs duties. Orders within the EU have no customs duties. US orders ship duty paid: all import duties and taxes are included in the checkout total, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Late delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact info@berlo.club.
