925 Recycled Sterling Silver

The base metal across the Heritage collection. Sterling silver is a precious metal that holds its value and its form. Ours is recycled, reducing mining impact without compromising quality. Each silver piece is finished with a Rhodium coating — the same precious metal used to give white gold its colour and shine. The result is visually identical to white gold at a fraction of the price, with a bright, mirror-like finish that resists tarnish without maintenance.

Gold Vermeil (14–18K)

A thick layer of genuine gold, 2.5–3μm, deposited over sterling silver. This is not standard plating. Gold Vermeil is a legally defined standard — significantly thicker than fashion plating — and it is what gives each piece the weight and warmth of solid gold at a fraction of the environmental cost.

Certified Moissanite

A precious stone with a hardness of 9.25 Mohs, harder than sapphire and ruby. It produces more fire and brilliance than diamond and will not cloud, scratch, or fade with daily wear. All Berlo moissanite is certified and accompanied by a GRA certificate.

Lab-Grown Diamonds

Physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Chosen for what they are, not as a compromise. Certified by IGI. Set in solid gold.

For Gold Vermeil pieces:

Avoid abrasive cloths and polishing agents. The vermeil finish is durable with normal care. If the finish dulls after years of wear, professional re-plating restores it fully.

For Silver Rhodium Plated pieces:

The Rhodium coating keeps silver bright and tarnish-free without maintenance. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or harsh chemicals.

For Solid Gold pieces:

Gold does not tarnish or corrode. Clean occasionally with warm water and a soft cloth. Safe to wear daily including showering — avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine.

For Moissanite and Lab Diamond pieces:

These stones do not require special care. A soft cloth or warm water with mild soap is sufficient. The stones will not cloud, scratch, or lose brilliance over time.
